Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)

The Council is a non-profit organization created in response to a public selection process with the objective to effectively and fairly regulate immigration consultants with accountability and transparency. As the regulatory body for immigration consultants in Canada, the Council considers the needs of Canada’s population and a diverse consumer base. It has measures in place to ensure consumer protection for all clients of immigration consultants and to ensure that RCICs are operating ethically and competently at all times. Not only will these measures protect consumers, but they will also serve to preserve the integrity of Canada’s immigration system. Fraudulent and illegal activities of unauthorized providers of immigration services directly undermine Canadian immigration laws, and the Council’s actions to promote program integrity in regards to consultants will strengthen Canada’s immigration system.
